Form aliases?

Can you make a minor temporary change elsewhere on the form ... and it shows up?

If not, research other forms higher up on the form list (when it's unsorted), there may be a form with the same name or alias that's being loaded first. "Copy of", "Another Copy of" forms sometimes retain aliases.

This is an action button -- one that's to appear on the action strip at the top, right?

If so, then check to verify the action is checked on the infobox as "Include action in Action bar".
